Spring day

I had aspirations of making the sunrise my photo subject today, but unfortunately I was enjoying sleeping too much for that to become a reality! Maybe someday...

But even though I failed to capture the sunrise I was still able to get some shots of the desert terrain in which I live. Some people don't like the desert but I have found a certain beauty in the topography of Grand Junction: the vegetation, the rocks, and the colorful cliffs all display such a variety of colors.
